HOW IT WORKS:

1. If you find the product at a lower price on another website, take a screenshot of the webpage that shows the lower price. Make sure the screenshot clearly shows the product name, description, and price.

2. Upload the screenshot or image here.

3. On this page, include the following information:

   • The name and description of the product you want to purchase

   • Select the product in the dropdown list that you want to purchase

   • The URL of the product from website where you found it for a lower price (if applicable)

   • The screenshot of the webpage that shows the lower price (if applicable)

   • Your contact information (name, phone number, email address)

4. Submit the form and wait for a response from our customer service team. We will review your request and let you know if we can match the lower price.

5. If we agree to match the lower price, we will provide you with instructions on how to complete your purchase at the matched price. If we do not agree to match the lower price, we will provide you with a reason as to why the price match has been rejected.

If you found the lower price in-store, the process is similar but instead of a screenshot you will need to take a photo of the product and its price tag. Make sure the photo is clear and shows both the product and the price tag clearly. You can then attach the photo to your email and follow the same steps as above.
